Solaris style SRM on Linux?
Solaris Resource Management allows the administrator to cap resources by flexibly defined projects. For example you can make a particular user or group of users constitute a project and limit its share of the CPU (s) when there is contention. Same for memory.
I'm thinking of one large multiuser server, not a cluster.
Is there anything like this for Linux?
