Need help translating document_creation_method in po_releases_all

We have 4 possible values for po.po_releases_all.document_creation_method.  I need help translating the values and have taken the following guesses.  Can anyone help fill in the missing pieces?

1) AUTOCREATE --> Created when the buyer uses the AutoCreate form?

2) CREATE_RELEASE -->Created by using the 'Create Releases Program'? 

3) ENTER_RELEASE -->?

4) null (pre July 2009 dates) -->?
