Memory tuning OracleVM/OEL5 template/11gR2 database and about 100GB memory

I can not find information on how to tune memory for this configuration when using large amount of ram. Do I need to use hugepages or can i use AMM?
Any other considerations when using large amount of memory in this configuration ?
