How to make it possible to let one user log on different oracle product (e.g. Siebel and OBIEE)

  Hi,

 Can anyone help me about this question?

 For example, if a customer use both Siebel and OBIEE, can I just create a user who can log on both products? And when they change the user's password, it will be changed for both products too.

( A comparison is SQL server can be set to logg on using OS account. )

 If it is true, can you tell me how to do this?
