Indirect (MOS/SunSolve) support via resellers

In recent years we've bought 3 servers and currently have 2 remaining (v210 and x4150) which we bought through Sun's UK resellers.
When we bought the servers we took out 3 year silver spectrum contracts (only x4150 is now current).

My SunSolve account allowed me to access OS patches and firmware updates,  and this was smoothly transitioned to MOS.

However, for ServiceRequests we have a problem.  We are not allowed to create or update them ourselves.  The resellers have added our systems to their own contracts in some way and we have a sort of indirect relationship which allows us to get patches (I'm using pca), but not create or update a Service Request.   I've just been through an indirect SR with an ilom firmware issue;  I send emails to the reseller, they get added to the SR, I then get email notifications back.
