How to define Price Breaks on Price Lists (not Agreements)

I need to use price breaks in Price Lists as follow :

ITEM A - Qty ordered between 0 and 49 : Unit price = $40

ITEM A - Qty ordered between 50 and 100 : Unit Price = $30

Please advise of best procedure, thanks!
