How do I upload files 3g to an SR?

 I have run some diags and I have a SR number SR #3-2956031792: ESP/ELITE/SLO1 - ROBOTS ARE SHOWING OFF LINE. POSSIBLE STUCK TAPE INC01KYZ, it is 3 g, I am needing to know how to upload it to SR ?
