What hp_ux OS parameters can we adjust to improve oracle sql hash Join?

 We are running data warehouse database (10.2.0.4) on HPUX itarium (B.11.31). We have a sql query that will take more than 24 hrs to run. It does several full table scan and hash join, which is very very slow. We could not change the query, and we have used all the memory we can allocate. The database is generally performing well with other queries. We would like to know that what, if any OS parameters that we can tune to improve the hash join performance?
