Deleting fles Manually on EBS 11i APPS Tier

 Hi All,
I am running Applications 11.5.10.2 on Windows server 2003.
As we have some concurrent programs e.g, Purge Concurrent Request and Manage Data which deletes
files form COMMON_TOP/admin/log and COMMON_TOP/admin/out.

Apart from these can i manually delete other files from the below locations:

1. In COMMON_TOP/temp there are files of format .tmp, .rdf, .pal, idx<number>, dat<number>, .DAT.
can i delete these files..?

2. In APPL_TOP/admin/<contextname>/log there are patch log files(.log, lgi) and adadmin.log files.
can i delete these files..?

3. In APPL_TOP/admin/<contextname>/out there are files of format .vrs, .csv, .lst.
