Conflict demain Setup

 Dear Expert ,

          Does anyone have set Conflict demain on programs of receivables module ?

          My scenario is set Billing History report can't be run in the same set of book simultaneously .

          I have tried to set on program or profile  Concurrent:Conflicts Domain .

          Both are not workable .

         My Step is

         (1) query program [Billing History] on concurrent > program function

         (2) Select Incompatiblities . set program and type value by Billing History and Domain.

         (3) select parameter and choose Set Of Books ID in Conflicts Domain column .

         (4) Submit Billing History report twice in the same responsibility (  sob id value is always 1 ).

        I expect the second submission will not run untill the first finished . But , it's not true . They ran together .
