Is precompiled code supported under .NET/CLR environments?

Hi,
We've received a question from a mutual customer. For the certified compilers listed in article 43208.1 on Windows, do you support precompiled code executing under the .NET CLR , or only as native code? I'm specifically looking at Pro*COBOL here, though I guess it potentially also applies to Pro*C (and possibly other language precompilers) ?
