Currency Conversion on Reports

 Hi,
When i pull a report for TB Foreign Currency for a particular account it given me an X amount which is in USD

Again i pull a report for TB Functional Currency for the same account it given me an X amount which is in Functional Currency


But when i convert these amount by a conversion rate , its very odd conversion rate which we never defined in the system.

Which rate does system pick while running the reports for TB ??
