Equivalent of a Left Join

Say I want to show all my contacts and what their most recent activity was. I've got the "show most recent activity" part working, but I also need to show contacts that don't have any activities. Currently my report is only showing contacts that have one or more activities. In SQL this would just be a Left Join. Is it possible in Analytics? (I'm using the Activity History subject area.)
