What are the HSA FB and HSA 125 FB buttons?

What are the HSA FB and HSA 125 FB buttons for?  What is the difference between these two and HSA? Are these buttons currently active?  And last, does the F0701731 table (compensation overrides) need to contain records for the HSA like GTL?  Or is it all controlled by Vertex?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
