How to ship more than the order line quantity

We are on 11.5.10.2

We need to ship more quantity than what is on the order line.

If i try to reserve from Sales Order Scheduling form, it does not allow to reserve more than the quantity on order line.

I'm able to reserve more quantity from API against that order line. But i don't see any other place in Shipping or 'Pick Release' where I can specify the quantity to be shipped.

Please advice how can I do this.
