Customize Seibel CTI driver

 I have to develop custom siebel CTI driver, I read Siebel Communications Server Admin Guide in appendix A. If I want to invoke the methods of ISC_CLIENT_HANDLE, I think I must know more knowledge from your support.I heared there is existing SCAPI.h but it need to be authorized. so, which anybody can tell me how to get SCAPI.H
