uname -a and showrev -p are showing different patch versions

 Hi ,

OS :Sol 9

Patch upgraded from  Generic_122300-44 to Generic 122300-54

All the patches are applied .But still uname -a refering the old patch details  & infact all other commmands outputs showing the latest patch details

 

Logs :
