IMP: Create Invoice Organization Transaction Types

Hi
We have a problem with IMP: Create Invoice Organization Transaction Types failing due, I think, to duplicate names.  However the problem is complicated by that fact that we have not actually needed to run this for some time and since we last ran it successfully the logic for creating the transactions types in AR has changed. 

As far as I understand it the Transaction type name is now prefixed with the organisation id from the billing level organisation from within projects.

What I want to know is what is the exact format for the new transaction type as in org_id space first x characters from org_name
