Marketing on Demand

Looking for some help on a issue related to Marketing on Demand.  We are getting valid e-mail addresses bounced back with a status of hard bounce (which should mean the e-mail address is bad).  Has anyone else had this issue, or does anyone have any suggestions on what might be causing the problem?  Thanks for any help you can provide.
