cost group comingle error

 For subinventory transfer, I am getting a cost group comingle error. This looks to be because item identifying attributes like lot control, serial control, locator, LPN are all same for material in both the subinventory but with different cost groups.
Subinventory transfer does not update cost group.
Error should not come if cost group gets updated with the cost group associated with receiving subinventory
we have Warehouse Management system enabled for our inv org
