Expection is to keep the material in the intermediate locater and then staging move to system direct

Locator Operation Plan without restriction

Putaway drop rule with no restriction and sort by dropping order

Pick Rule: Restriction is customer number.

My expection is to keep the material in the intermediate locater and then staging move to system directed consolidation locator.

System is by default giving the consolidation locator during the time of first pick. This is correct. I changed the locator to intermediate locater and input reason. After this step when I tried doing staging move i.e. Load and then drop LPN. System is suggesting me the final put away locater based on the put away rule not the consolidation locater. Is there any way I can do achieve this?
