getting Exception Reason Pmg Cost Collector Not Run when running project subledger exception report

When I am running subledger exception report i am getting following message  

          Inventory/Project Manufacturing Exceptions
           Period:     Jan-11
          Exception Reason Pmg  Cost Collector Not Run

there is only one project for which i am getting this error . Please help me which process I need to run ...

Also because of this when i am trying toi close the period Getting error message as  as PA_GL_PERIOD_PENDING_MFG"

Please help ..which process do i need to run to sort out all this ..

pl  help ..
