How to create a new contact from iSupport while creating Service Request (ibuSRDetailsAddContact.jsp

 Hello,
I would like to if there is a way I can create a new contact from iSupport(ibuSRDetailsAddContact.jsp) while creating a service request....When I log into iSupport to create a service
request and then try to add a contact I see 3 fields

Contact (LOV)
Contact By (LOV)
Primary

The above fields pull the contacts existing on the customer master but does not allow me to create a new contact...Can you please let me know if there is a way I can do this from iSupport
