Optimized for fast lookup and case-insensitive

I can see that we have indexed fields, however we also have fields that are  Optimized for fast lookup and case-insensitive, which are namely.

Account Name and Company Location.

I was wondering if there is a way of enabling more fields to be  optimized for fast lookup and case-insensitive.
