ship confirm:status

 Hi,
   I have a problem about ship confirm. I already ship this ordered but after i check it in order organizer, it turns to the same status (Picked ship confirm) I don't Know why. I check again in shipping transaction form and after i type order number and click find, this order is in ship confirm status and when i check tab status: confirmed , Firm status not firm.

Please advise what should I do. And please tell me why this is happened.
