Assigning an "agent" to a planner ID
Has anyone assigned an "agent" to a planner ID? We have an issue where we have employees from one legal entity creating purchase orders on behalf of another legal entity. We have created the employee as an agent in the company that they are creting orders.
When they try to release a planned order from the planners workbench in ASCP, we receive the error: The planner is not defined as an employee. Please define the planner as an employee in the source database and recollect.
Does ASCP only work with users who are defined as an employee and not with users defined as an agent?
