Hello,

I have a database that was working fine in December, now that I try to submit, I get error

the database is oracle 8i standard edition 8.1.7.4.1 , sistem operativ Windows Server 2003 R2 - 32 bits

SQL> startup pfile=C:\Copiarchive\initcontingencia.ora;
