Duplicate requisition lines after running min max

Hi,

When i run the Min Max report, I can see that there are duplicate lines for the same part number with a quantity. Since i have set up to approve the requisition automatically, these internal requisitions get converted to Internal sales order with duplicate lines. Can anyone tell me if anyone has come across such a scenario before
