How can I start the windowing system on an M5000 with xvr300 and NO Keyboard or mouse?

 Hi Community,

    I have an M5000 with an XVR300 graphics card and no keyboard or mouse. I'd like to run my application with output to the screen, but The dtlogin screen comes up. Without a keyboard, I'm (obviously) unable to enter a login/password.

Any ideas for how to enable the windowing system to start automatically, preferably without installing PAM modules from Nevada (as described in other locations on the net).
