failed to acquire login lock in OCSG 4.1

hi,

i had the following error in my production which cause my whole system went into overload and i had to restart my apps server in order for my services to resume.

did anyone encounter the same error before? can advise what is this error? tks

java.rmi.RemoteException: EJB Exception: ; nested exception is:
 java.lang.AssertionError: Internal error, failed to acquire login lock.
 at weblogic.rjvm.ResponseImpl.unmarshalReturn(ResponseImpl.java:234)
 at weblogic.rmi.cluster.ClusterableRemoteRef.invoke(ClusterableRemoteRef.java:348)
