Applying Charges against a Quote line

 Hi,

I am using HTML Quoting. The 'Value' field at 'Results' under 'Charges' is coming as read-only. However, overrideable flag is checked (tick mark is appearing), but still I am unable to type a value in that field. However in Forms Quoting I am able to type value using Actions>Adjust Charges. How am I be able to do the same in HTML Quoting?

The ASO: Discounting Privilege profile is set to Full for my name.
