Is it possible to get prices somewhere other than the price list

My client is using Purchasing and Order management modules plus other ebusiness suite applications. They are a government organisation, they buy goods and sell them at axactely the same price. Recently they requested that they would like to modify and change prices at a single point since they are buying and selling at the same price. But we use the blanket purchase Agreement(BPA) on PO and we use Price list on OM.
