Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What are the best practices for running this?

Should it be run daily?

For what date ranges should it be run?

My client is running this each day with date parameters gloing back to 1997 and the process take 2.5 to 3 hours to run.

Is there documentation on this other than the user guide?

Any help is appreciated.
