JBoss versus WebLogic

 We are planning on upgrading Contract Manager 12.1 to v13.  Currently on 12.1 we use sybase and jboss.  in upgrading to 13 we have to migrate to Oracle or MS SQL.  I figure we would go with Oracle for the DB server.  My question is, should we change the app server to Weblogic or stick with Jboss.  What are the advantages?
Also, if we do switch, should I uninstall and do a complete clean install?
