US PAY: Protecting US_TAX_VERTEX from deletion in Element Entries
Problem:
We have users who a couple times each year, mistakenly delete (or End Date) the recurring US_TAX_VERTEX element by mistake. This causes no taxes to be withheld from the employee's pay check.
Goal: We want to "protect" the US_TAX_VERTEX Element from being deleted or End Dated. We know of the Profile Option that applies to ALL ELEMENTS, and we do not want that solution, these are Payroll Users who need to delete and end date other elements , we only want to "protect" the one US_TAX_VERTEX Element from being deleted.
Any ideas on how to apply security to "protect" just one specific Element?
