US PAY: Edit State Tax Withholdings in Self Service

Does anyone know how other corporations are allowing Employees to make State Tax Withholding changes in Self Service? Oracle hasn't released this functionality yet.  But with Complanies going green, this is a big need.  Is anyone creating their own functions, personalizations or workflows to capture this?
