I am just starting to investigate Oracle e business suite Knowledge Management for a company wide IT Knowledge Management database.

I would like to know whether I will be able to use Oracle for my Knowledge Management database and publish the articles to EVERYONE, or whether it would only be available to people with Oracle accounts?  There is some reference to making documents available 'External' but it appears to be contradicted by the solutions being available to certain responsibilities.

Does anyone know the answer?  Or has anyone done something similar?
