US PAY: Error Uploading Arkansas and Georgia Tax Info from Oracle

 Payroll Runs State Mag for Georgia and Arkansas successfully but when she uploads to the states she gets an error message. This worked in 2010 but for some reason Payroll Mgr. is having trouble uploading the files to the above states.

Has anyone come across this issue?
