Creating a custom web applet

Hi I am trying to create a custom webapplet that would show up on the homepage of all users. however when I right click the report and click properties I get the following URL.

"https://secure-ausomxaya.crmondemand.com/OnDemand/user/analytics/saw.dll?Go&ViewID=o%3ago%7er%3areport%7ev%3acompoundView%211&SearchID=mqahvg1vsmuhg67v4qddaa7r62&Style=ondemand&ViewState=hhtq0u8if14su9lmdpe17vev5u&ContainerID=o%3ago%7er%3areport&RootViewID=go "

Now the issue is that in most of the examples I have seen, the path after saw.dll?Go is &Path=%......... am I doing something wrong ?
