Whether SR 3-1490101981 has been fixed in 11.2.0.2?

Hello,

     The "SR 3-1490101981: RESTART_COUNT not displayed using "crsctl status resource"" has been closed as it would be fixed in 11.2.0.2. I would like to know whether it has been fixed or not.
