Need help in minimizing downtime during migration

Hi,

We are planning to migrate from 8.0.6 to 10.2.0.1 through export/import. I would like to know how can i minimise the downtime when migrating. The database size is 100GB. Export takes around 2.5 to 3 hours and import takes almost double the export time.(Full import)

Please suggest few tips to minimize the downtime.
