 Hi When we install Oracle Database 11g we can use Oracle Enterprise Manager Database Control (Database Control), the Web-based interface and primary tool for managing an Oracle database. and can access through web link

Do I have to purchase license for Oracle Enterprise Manager Database Control (Database Control) to use it???
