Very hight Pages/Sec rate on WinServer2003 and Ora 10.2.0.4.0

Hello,

# OS: WinServer 2003 R2 64bit # DB: Oracle 10.2.0.4.0

# RAM: 8GB #SGA: 2GB, #PGA: 2GB

While our ETL-Import-Prosess we experiencing very high Pages/Sec rates (1000) seen on Windows Performance Monitor.

There ist a  high number of Memory: Available Bytes and a normal or small amount of Paging File: % Usage seen on Windows Task Manager.

I read the following artikle but I do not know, how to solve the problem.
