Hyperion Workspace 19000 versus 28080, which is correct on Fusion 11.1.2?

Greetings,

I installed Fusion 11.1.2 on my windows server.  I ran through several issues one of which remains unexplained.  Pls help me understand why I  I get the invalid entries  ${MITEM_***} in Workspace when selecting Navigate -> Administer using URL http://myServer:28080/workspace/index.jsp

In this URL http://myServer:19000/workspace/index.jsp, the Navigate -> Administer works fine and the entries show the correct names...

Which port should I use?  Documentation states that workspace run on 28080..
