Budgetary Control in Projects

 Hi,

My client wants to implement budgetary control feature only for project related transactions without GL Budget Integration and encumbrance accounting entries.

Can this be achieved using standard feature? Also can anyone explain me the use of the profile GL:Create Encumbrance Entries for Budgetary Accounts
