Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

is there any issue if i upgrade my os from AIX 5.3 ML 7 to ML 12 with oracle version 10.2.0.4

 Hi all ,

We have a platform AIX 5.3 ML 07(64 bit) and using oracle 10.2.0.4 now we need to upgrade our platform AIX 5.3 ML 12 for database as well as oracle application server 10g (middle ware 10.1.2.3 )

My question is that is there any issue with that verion of platform(ML12) if i upgrade this or there is any compatablity issue. if any body face any type of issue with this platfrom so please let me know or mention me any metalink note for that
