Cost Rate Schedule by Position

Hi everybody.
I know can create cost rate schedule by job, employee, non labor resource and resource class according to the manual Oracle Project Implementation Guide.

We are trying create a cost rate schedule by position, not by job. Is this possible? and How can i resolved it?
