Not able to view BLOCKPRICE and BREAKUNIT for defining below example

Hello,

I am trying to setup below example in Advance Pricing but not able to view Block Price and Breakunit in LOV. I can see the rest options. Can you help me to understand the reason or how can I get those options.

$10 for every hundred items until 1200. After that, $5 for every 50 items until 2,000. After that, $0.30 per unit.
