How to test SOAP Requests ?

Hi,

I have imported the WSDL file to SOAP UI tool, However when I try to test the SOAP request generated by this tool an error is thrown "Internal Error: Session is not available. Aborting". I tried to mention username and password in the Aut tab, but I keep on getting the same error.

Can anybody guide me as to how do I go ahead to test my SOAP requests using these tools. I also tried the XML SPY but getting the same error

Please help !
