Hello,

I am having some problems pinning down an intermittent issue we have been seeing.  It has so far happened when opening the Service Request and when switching between Repair Orders in Depot Repair.  There doesn't seem to be a set of steps to duplicate the issue.


Oracle will close after displaying the error messages below:
FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001
Your log session has become invalid. Exiting Oracle Applications.


This is happening on a fully setup 12.1.3 environment.


Has anyone experienced anything similar or have any guidance on what I can do to discover the cause?
